Build ideas and Rules

Build the car with items around the house.
  Wheelbarrows, wagons, 4 wheeled scooters, big wheels and old bicycle parts.
Here is an idea...  My neighbor had the idea of using the little 4 wheeled scooter and using a cardboard box for the outside and drawing a racing car on it and using a rope to hold it over the shoulders of the rider.  GREAT IDEA...
I an going to build one out of pallet and old bicycle parts, I will have a photo uploaded by Saturday.


Basic rules:
2 people must be able to lift it up on the race platform.  No Automobile parts!
Kids must wear a helmet, bicycle helmets are acceptable.
Pants and shoes a must, no open toed sandals.
Brakes are not a requirement, however, if you don't have brakes, a hay bail will be your brake.
